This edition of the Utah Mountaineering Guide has been completely rewritten & updated with an all new format from previous printings.  The canyon hikes in previous editions have been eliminated, several new maps, mountains, & hikes have been added, and several less-interesting regions have been dropped.  In addition, about 95% of the pictures are new.  Specially featured in this edition is winter mountaineering.  The author's goal in the 3 winters previous to press time was to climb every major mountain in Utah during winter.  He nearly accomplished that but ran out of time in the end.
